Yes, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full refund. The Technical Secretariat will contact you in due time in order to handle it.
In the event that you have made any arrangements yourself, such as travel and accommodation reservations, you should contact directly with your intermediary. You can request a formal in-person meeting Cancellation Letter to the Technical Secretariat with the aim of helping in these situations.
If you had an accepted abstract for WMH 2020 in-person meeting, the abstract will remain accepted for the WMH 2020 Virtual Meeting (November 16-17, 2020) in the same format that you were informed on the notification of acceptance email (oral or poster).
In due course we will inform you by email about the instructions to prepare and send your presentation (in the corresponding format), which will be available on-demand in the virtual platform created specifically for the Virtual Meeting.
The authors will receive the corresponding presentation certificate, which will have the same validity as if they had attended the face-to-face Conference.
