V European MeeƟng on Women’s Mental Health: Psychosis and Gender

Participants are invited to submit proposals for oral communications/posters that correspond to the topic ‘psychosis and gender`.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and selected either as an oral or as a poster presentation.

There will be a total of 5 oral communications. Each speaker will have 10 minutes to present.

Deadline for abstract submission: June 15 th 2025

Proposal for oral and poster communication: June 15 th, 2025 (Central European Time).

Please note that abstracts will be only considered if the presenting authors have paid their registration fees‐applicable to members of the SCPiSM Associaiton, Non‐members or Partner Associations

Guidelines for oral communications and poster formats
Presenting authors should specify their preference for oral or poster communications and this will be considered.

A Maximum of 2 communications per presenting author is allowed.

The presenting author should be one of the co‐authors of the communication.

  • Name and Surname, E‐mail address, Full postal address, Phone number.

Author and coauthors details:
  • Name and Surname, department, institution, City, Country

Content:
  • Abstract title: Maximum 25 words
  • Abstract text: Maximum 300 words (this count excludes the abstract title)
  • Abstracts should include Background, aims, methods, results and conclusions
  • Place unusual abbreviations in parentheses aŌer the full word appears for the first time.
  • Use only the generic name of the drugs.
  • A disclosure statement is requested.

Layout:
  • Posters and communications must be original and must not have been published whole or in
  • part elsewhere.
  • The poster should identify the title of the paper and name the authors and their affiliations
  • across the top.
  • Poster dimensions: 90x120 cm
  • All abstracts must be submiƩed and presented in clear English.
  • Abstracts must be wriƩen in Times New Roman, font size 10.
  • Type the abstract text in single spacing.
  • Tables and graphs should not be included in the abstract
