• Has the Conference been re-scheduled?

  The dates remain the same: 16th-17th November 2020. However, the Conference will be held virtually.

• If I have already registered for WMH 2020, does my registration hold for the new date?

  Yes, the registration holds valid for the new dates. Since the registration fees have changed (check the Registration section) you will receive a partial reimbursement. In addition, you will receive and updated confirmation voucher.
  
  The technical Secretariat will do its best to handle the refunds and send the new confirmation vouchers in the shortest time possible.

• If I have registered for WMH 2020 and I cancel my registration, can I get a refund?

  If you decide to cancel your registration, the registration fee will be refunded according to the cancellation policy published on the Congress website.

• If I have already booked my hotel through the online form on the conference website, can I get a refund?

  Yes, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full refund. The Technical Secretariat will contact you in due time in order to handle it.
  
  In the event that you have made any arrangements yourself, such as travel and accommodation reservations, you should contact directly with your intermediary. You can request a formal in-person meeting Cancellation Letter to the Technical Secretariat with the aim of helping in these situations.

• Will EACCME credits be available for WMH 2020 Virtual Meeting?

  Yes, EACCME credits will be available for the 2020 online Meeting. Any updates regarding credits for the virtual meeting will be published on the Accreditation section of the website.

• What happens if I have an accepted abstract for WMH 2020?

  If you had an accepted abstract for WMH 2020 in-person meeting, the abstract will remain accepted for the WMH 2020 Virtual Meeting (November 16-17, 2020) in the same format that you were informed on the notification of acceptance email (oral or poster).
  
  In due course we will inform you by email about the instructions to prepare and send your presentation (in the corresponding format), which will be available on-demand in the virtual platform created specifically for the Virtual Meeting.
  
  The authors will receive the corresponding presentation certificate, which will have the same validity as if they had attended the face-to-face Conference.

• Will the scientific program change?

  The scientific program and schedule remains as planned. If any changes may occur, they will be updated in the Congress website. Please notice that all sessions will be available on-demand from 18 November onwards, for registered attendees
